p2pnet news view | Crime:- A Texas man faces two years in jail after making a video of himself and a woman having sex, and then posting it on Facebook Austin police have charged James DeLosSantos, 34, with “with felony improper photography or visual recording”, says The Blotter . The victim “said she had no idea he was recording their intimate moments until she logged onto his Facebook page to find the video he posted,” says Austin News , going on “She recorded the video using her cell phone camera and showed police.” DeLosSantos said the video “was of another woman, but declined to identify her”, according to an affidavit, says The Blotter, adding: “DeLosSantos has not been arrested and his bail is set at $5,000.” Follow p2pnet on Twitter .
